"I am writing this review of my interaction with Ms Tryphane Walker earlier today (Feb 4, 2026). To set the stage here, I phoned the Anthony McEver State Farm office in Macon as a very frustrated, long time (over 55 years) State Farm customer. My issue centered on the “New State Farm system and procedures” that have been launched as of 2026. Specifically, it was due to having to sign documentation proving my agreement to the terms of the contracts for various policies, what seemed to me an overly necessary number of times I’d already dealt with Steven Tyson both face to face and on the phone, as well as Corey and Carissa in the same office in the recent past. To my knowledge, Ms Walker had nothing to do with what caused my frustration, and I acknowledged that to her right away, while at the same time, making it clear that I was indeed a frustrated customer. Ms Walker handled my frustration professionally, worked with me to get to the root cause of the issues causing my frustration, and then professionally and courteously worked the issue with me while on the phone to resolve and correct the issue. Further, I asked for additional communication and correspondence going forward in order to have definitive assurance that the issues had been resolved which Ms Walker immediately agreed to provide. She then did what she promised in a very timely manner. She is a professional, certainly an ambassador for State Farm whom they should work to take care of and keep front and foremost as a treasured employee."
